FEES & INSURANCE EXPLAINED

We accept self pay, OHP/Medicaid and your private insurance. OHP will not cover couples therapy but, it does cover family therapy.

In-network (INN) means we accept your insurance. After your deductible is met (if you have one), insurance will pay for most or all of the sessions. 

​

Out-of-network (OON) means we don't take your insurance and you pay the session fee up front, however we will file a claim with your insurance plan for reimbursement. Your insurance will likely pay for a portion of the session. Only Stephanie and Amanda can accept OON insurance plans at this time. Please see the No Surprises Act form below if you are choosing to self pay or use OON benefits.

Our owner (Stephanie) has very limited (if any) availability due to increased demand and her level of experience.

Our associate clinicians, depending on their credentials, can accept Self Pay (or OOP, Out of Pocket), PacificSource Commercial, Providence, AETNA, BCBS, TriWest/TriCare and OHP/Medicaid (PacificSource Community Solutions, HealthShare, InterCommunity Health, Open Card and Trillium).

Stephanie accepts all of the above insurance plans plus Moda and United.

Amanda accepts Self Pay, OHP, Moda, BCBS, PacificSource, AETNA and Providence.

We don't accept Medicare at this time.
